เมื่อวันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ฝ่ายวิสาหกิจและสังคมยั่งยืน มข. ร่วมกับ คณะเทคโนโลยี มข. นำโดย ศ.ดร.ธิดารัตน์ บุญมาศ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิสาหกิจและสังคมยั่งยืน พร้อมด้วย ผศ.อารยา เชาว์เรืองฤทธิ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยี พร้อม ผศ.หยาดรุ้ง มะวงศ์ไว ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายบริการวิชาการและสื่อสารองค์กร คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ และ รศ.เพชรรัตน์ ธรรมพล คณะเกษตรศาสตร์, ผศ.สุกัลยา เชิญขวัญ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์, นางสาววราภรณ์ ผิวพรรณงาม รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์บริหารเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เข้าร่วมประชุมขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานในการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์ในนิคมสร้างตนเอง ณ ห้องประชุมพองหนีบโรงไฟฟ้าพลังน้ำภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ อำเภออุบลรัตน์ จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยมี นายประจวบ รักแพทย์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดขอนแก่น เป็นประธาน และสำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยมี นางสาวฉัฐพร งามเกลี้ยง พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดขอนแก่น ในฐานะหน่วยงานเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมในครั้งนี้ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตขอนแก่น ประมงจังหวัดขอนแก่น สำนักงานปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดขอนแก่น องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และผู้นำชุมชน ในการกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่นิคมสร้างตนเองให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน การดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเน้นเพียงการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคคลเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการขยายโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่นิคมสร้างตนเอง มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นมุ่งหวังว่าโครงการดังกล่าวจะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากให้เติบโตอย่างเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน ซึ่งจะเป็นต้นแบบให้กับพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ในอนาคต การร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และภาคประชาสังคม ถือเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ช่วยขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาสังคมอย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืน “มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน ด้วยการสร้างรากฐานเศรษฐกิจฐานรากที่แข็งแกร่ง และเป็นต้นแบบให้กับชุมชนอื่น ๆ ในการพัฒนาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในอนาคต” โดยสอดคล้องกับพันธกิจคณะเทคโนโลยี ผลิตผลงานวิจัยแบบบูรณาการ คุณภาพสูง ต่อยอดนวัตกรรมสู่สังคม ผลักดันงานวิจัยพัฒนาสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน เชื่อมโยง SDGs/BCG บริการวิชาการและนวัตกรรมสู่สังคม สำรวจความต้องการของชุมชน (Demands) และผลักดันนวัตกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์ ถ่ายทอดความรู้สู่ชุมชน: จัดอบรม บริการวิชาการ และหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและสังคมฐานรากด้วยเศรษฐกิจ Bcg
On February 25, 2025, the Office of Enterprise and Sustainable Society at Khon Kaen University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Technology, led by Associate Professor Dr. Tidarat Boonmas, Vice President for Enterprise and Sustainable Society, along with Assistant Professor Arya Chaowreangrit, Dean of the Faculty of Technology; Assistant Professor Yadrung Mawangwai, Associate Dean for Academic Services and Corporate Communications of the Faculty of Agriculture; Associate Professor Petcharat Thammapol of the Faculty of Agriculture; Assistant Professor Sukanya Choeinkwan of the Faculty of Agriculture; and Ms. Waraporn Phiwpanngam, Deputy Director of the Center for Technology and Innovation Management, participated in a meeting to drive operations for the development of human capital, create economic and social value-added, and promote identity within the self-sustaining industrial estate.
The meeting was held in the conference room of Nongnib Hydropower Plant in the Northeast region, Ubonrat District, Khon Kaen Province, and was presided over by Mr. Prachup Rakpet, Deputy Governor of Khon Kaen Province. The Social Development and Human Security Office of Khon Kaen Province, represented by Ms. Chatporn Ngamkleeang of Social Development and Human Security, acted as the host agency organizing this meeting. Additionally, cooperation was received from related agencies such as Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Khon Kaen Campus; Khon Kaen Provincial Fisheries; Khon Kaen Provincial Land Reform Office; local administrative organizations; and community leaders in determining strategies for the sustainable growth of the self-sustaining industrial estate area.
This initiative not only focuses on developing individual potential but also on expanding economic and social opportunities for the people in the self-sustaining industrial estate area. Khon Kaen University hopes that the project will serve as a vital foundation for developing the grassroots economy to grow strongly and sustainably, providing a model for other areas in the future. Collaboration between educational institutions, government agencies, and civil society is considered a crucial factor for driving systematic and sustainable social development.
