🗓️ เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 28 เมษายน 2568 คณะเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้จัดกิจกรรม “ชวนคิด ชวนคุย สายวิชาการ ครั้งที่ 3” ณ ห้องสัมมนา 2 คณะเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแกน
โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อารยา เชาว์เรืองฤทธิ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยี เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ โดยเน้นย้ำความสำคัญของการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ตอบโจทย์ยุคใหม่ และการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการประเมินคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance)
👩🏫 กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วรรณวิภา แก้วประดิษฐ์ พลพินิจ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ สำนักงานบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการประเมินภายในตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA มาบรรยายและนำกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ การวิเคราะห์ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholders) และการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลที่ได้สู่การออกแบบ ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตร (PLOs)
📚 ไฮไลต์สำคัญของกิจกรรม ได้แก่
- 📌 การบรรยายเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับ Stakeholder Mapping และแนวทางการวิเคราะห์ Stakeholder Needs
- 📌 เวิร์กช็อป เพื่อฝึกฝนการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของ Stakeholders ตามเกณฑ์โดยวิเคราะห์ความเกี่ยวข้องและมีผลกระทบต่อหลักสูตร และส่งผลต่อการกำหนดบรรลุผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้
- 📌 การแปลงข้อมูลที่ได้จาก Stakeholders เป็นผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของหลักสูตรและสถาบัน

🤝 แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จากอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร
ในช่วงระหว่างการอบรม และในท้ายของกิจกรรม ได้มีการเปิดเวทีให้ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรจากหลากหลายสาขา ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ Stakeholder Analysis กับหลักสูตรของตนเอง โดยมีการเสนอแนวคิดในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้มีความยืดหยุ่น ทันสมัย และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและสังคมอย่างแท้จริง✨ ความสำคัญของการจัดอบรมครั้งนี้
- ยกระดับความเข้าใจในการบูรณาการความต้องการของ Stakeholders เข้ากับการออกแบบหลักสูตร
- เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตรตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA Version 4.0
- ส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายการพัฒนาหลักสูตรระหว่างอาจารย์ภายในคณะ เพื่อการขับเคลื่อนคุณภาพการศึกษาที่เป็นระบบ
💬 บรรยากาศการอบรม เต็มไปด้วยความกระตือรือร้นและเปิดกว้างสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับทั้งความรู้เชิงทฤษฎี เครื่องมือเชิงปฏิบัติ และแนวทางใหม่ ๆ ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง

🗓️ On Tuesday, April 28, 2025, the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, organized the event “Let’s Think, Let’s Talk: Academic Forum #3” at Seminar Room 2, Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University.
The event was officially opened by Assistant Professor Dr. Araya ChaoRueangrit, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, who emphasized the importance of curriculum development to meet the needs of the modern era and proper preparation for quality assessment according to AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance) criteria.
👩🏫 This activity was honored to have Associate Professor Dr. Wannawipa Kaewpradit Pholpinit, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Office of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University, and an expert in internal assessment based on AUN-QA criteria, as the keynote speaker. She delivered a lecture and led a workshop on the topics of Stakeholder Analysis and connecting the findings to the design of the Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs).
📚 Key highlights of the event included:
• 📌 An in-depth lecture on Stakeholder Mapping and strategies for Stakeholder Needs Analysis. • 📌 A workshop for practicing how to prioritize stakeholders based on their relevance and impact on the curriculum, focusing on achieving targeted learning outcomes. • 📌 Translating stakeholder information into learning outcomes that align with the mission of the curriculum and the institution.
🤝 Knowledge Exchange among Program Instructors
During the training, and at the close of the activity, a forum was opened for program instructors from various fields to share their experiences and perspectives on applying Stakeholder Analysis to their own programs. Ideas were proposed for making the curriculum more flexible, modern, and responsive to real needs of the labor market and society.
✨ Significance of This Training
• Elevating the understanding of how to integrate stakeholder needs into curriculum design; • Preparing for curriculum quality assessment according to AUN-QA Version 4.0; • Promoting networking in curriculum development among faculty members for systematic educational quality enhancement.
💬 The training atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and openness for exchange of ideas. Participants gained both theoretical knowledge, practical tools, and new learner-centered approaches to curriculum development.
