🗓️ เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 28 เมษายน 2568 คณะเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้จัดกิจกรรม “ชวนคิด ชวนคุย สายวิชาการ ครั้งที่ 3” ณ ห้องสัมมนา 2 คณะเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแกน
โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อารยา เชาว์เรืองฤทธิ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยี เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ โดยเน้นย้ำความสำคัญของการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ตอบโจทย์ยุคใหม่ และการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการประเมินคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance)
On Tuesday, April 28, 2025, the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, organized the event “Academic Talk Series No. 3” at Seminar Room 2, Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University. Assistant Professor Dr. Araya Chaoruangrit, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, presided over the official opening ceremony, emphasizing the importance of developing academic programs to meet modern demands and preparing for quality assessment based on the AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance) criteria.
👩🏫 กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วรรณวิภา แก้วประดิษฐ์ พลพินิจ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ สำนักงานบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการประเมินภายในตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA มาบรรยายและนำกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ การวิเคราะห์ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholders) และการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลที่ได้สู่การออกแบบ ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตร (PLOs)
📚 ไฮไลต์สำคัญของกิจกรรม ได้แก่
- 📌 การบรรยายเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับ Stakeholder Mapping และแนวทางการวิเคราะห์ Stakeholder Needs
- 📌 เวิร์กช็อป เพื่อฝึกฝนการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของ Stakeholders ตามเกณฑ์โดยวิเคราะห์ความเกี่ยวข้องและมีผลกระทบต่อหลักสูตร และส่งผลต่อการกำหนดบรรลุผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้
- 📌 การแปลงข้อมูลที่ได้จาก Stakeholders เป็นผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของหลักสูตรและสถาบัน
🤝 แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จากอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร
ในช่วงระหว่างการอบรม และในท้ายของกิจกรรม ได้มีการเปิดเวทีให้ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรจากหลากหลายสาขา ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ Stakeholder Analysis กับหลักสูตรของตนเอง โดยมีการเสนอแนวคิดในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้มีความยืดหยุ่น ทันสมัย และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและสังคมอย่างแท้จริง
✨ ความสำคัญของการจัดอบรมครั้งนี้
- ยกระดับความเข้าใจในการบูรณาการความต้องการของ Stakeholders เข้ากับการออกแบบหลักสูตร
- เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตรตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA Version 4.0
- ส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายการพัฒนาหลักสูตรระหว่างอาจารย์ภายในคณะ เพื่อการขับเคลื่อนคุณภาพการศึกษาที่เป็นระบบ

This event was honored to have Associate Professor Dr. Wannawipa Kaewpradit Pholpinit, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Office of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University, and an expert in internal assessment under AUN-QA criteria, as the guest speaker. She delivered a lecture and led practical workshop activities on the topic of Stakeholder Analysis and the translation of findings into the design of Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs).

📌 An in-depth lecture on Stakeholder Mapping and approaches to Stakeholder Needs Analysis
📌 Workshop sessions for practicing stakeholder prioritization in accordance with the criteria by evaluating relevance and influence on the program, as well as their impact on determining learning outcomes
📌 The process of transforming stakeholder input into learning outcomes that are aligned with the program’s and university’s missions
🤝 Exchange of knowledge among program faculty members
Throughout the training, and especially towards the end of the session, program instructors from various disciplines shared their experiences and opinions regarding the application of stakeholder analysis to their respective programs. Ideas were exchanged on developing curricula to be more flexible, modern, and truly responsive to the needs of the labor market and society.
