เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 1 เมษายน พ.ศ.2568 โดย  ผศ.ดร.อารยา เชว์เรืองฤทธิ์ คณบดีคณเทคโนโลยี มข. ผศ.ดร.อัมพร แซ่เอียว รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริการวิชาการและนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม คณะผู้บริหารคณะเทคโนโลยี มข. พร้อมด้วยณาจารย์ประจำคณะเทคโนโลยี มข. ได้ร่วมกันปรึกษาหารือกับ บริษัท อุบล ไบโอ เอทานอล จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยผู้บริหาร คุณเผด็จศักดิ์ จำปา ซึ่งเป็นศิษย์เก่าคณะเทคโนโลยี รุ่นที่ 3 และทีม ได้เข้าร่วมปรึกษาหารือในการสร้างต่อยอดผลงานวิจัยสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ ทางด้านนวัตกรรมอาหารวัตถุดิบมันสำปะหลัง ถือเป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการสร้างความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาบัณฑิต ผ่านโปรแกรมสหกิจศึกษา และหารือร่วมต่อยอดผลงานวิจัยสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ ทางด้านนวัตกรรมอาหาร บนพื้นฐานของวัตถุดิบมันสำปะหลัง และด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิต รวมทั้งการจัดการของเสียที่เกิดขึ้นจากกระบวนการผลิต เป็นหนึ่งในผู้ใช้บัณฑิตที่ให้ข้อเสนอแนะเรื่ององค์ความรู้ ทักษะของบัณฑิตที่ได้รับเข้าทำงาน และให้ข้อคิดเห็นเนื้อหาในหลักสูตรที่ควรพัฒนาต่อยอด เพื่อเพิ่มความโดเด่นให้กับบัณฑิต คณะเทคโนโลยี มข.

On Tuesday, April 1, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Araya Chaoruangrit, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University (KKU), together with Associate Professor Dr. Amphon Sae-iaw, Associate Dean for Academic Services and Social Innovation, along with the executive team and faculty members of the Faculty of Technology, KKU, held a consultation meeting with Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited, represented by its executive, Mr. Phedjetsak Jumpa, an alumnus of the third cohort of the Faculty of Technology, and his team. The meeting focused on discussions to further develop research into commercialization, particularly in the field of food innovation based on cassava raw materials. This collaboration presents a valuable opportunity to strengthen cooperation for the development of graduates through cooperative education programs and to explore the advancement of research into commercial applications, especially in food innovation utilizing cassava as a raw material, as well as improving production process efficiency and managing production waste. As one of the employers of graduates, the company provided feedback on the knowledge and skills possessed by recruited graduates and shared suggestions on course content to further enhance the distinction of graduates from the Faculty of Technology, KKU.
