เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 7 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ผศ.ดร.อารยา เชาว์เรืองฤทธิ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุม คณะกรรมการอำนวยการสมาคมสภาวิชาการอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร (Agro-Industry Academic Council Association: AIAC) ครั้งที่ 1/2568 ณ โรงแรมอัศวิน แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพฯ
ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ รศ.ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในฐานะประธานสมาคม AIAC ได้ให้เกียรติกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม ก่อนเข้าสู่การหารือในประเด็นสำคัญเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนสมาคมและการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆ ที่เป็นสมาชิกสมาคม
การประชุมดังกล่าวมี คณบดีและหัวหน้าสาขาวิชาในด้านอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร และวิศวกรรมอาหาร จากกว่า 25 สถาบัน เข้าร่วม โดยมีเป้าหมายสำคัญในการ เชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือกับภาคเอกชน เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับบัณฑิตจบใหม่ พร้อมทั้งประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมที่สำคัญ ได้แก่
🔹 FIAC 2025 – งานประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติด้านอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีอาหาร
🔹 FIAC 2027 – กำหนดจัดขึ้นในเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2570 ณ Biotech บางนา โดยมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ จะร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพ ร่วมกับ สมาคมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีทางอาหารแห่งประเทศไทย (FoSTAT)
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัด กิจกรรมตอบคำถามทางวิชาการและการแข่งขันอาหารนวัตกรรมแห่งอนาคต เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้นำองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมด้านอาหารมาเผยแพร่สู่ภาคเอกชน พร้อมทั้งเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการและนวัตกรรมอาหารระดับนานาชาติ กับนักวิจัยและผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับโลก
คณะเทคโนโลยี มข. ยังคงมุ่งมั่นเป็นองค์กรชั้นนำในการผลิตนักเทคโนโลยี พร้อมพัฒนาและต่อยอดงานวิจัยสู่นวัตกรรมที่สามารถสร้างประโยชน์ให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรมและสังคม
On Friday, March 7, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Araya Chaoruangrit, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, attended the 1st Executive Committee Meeting of the Agro-Industry Academic Council Association (AIAC) for the year 2025, held at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok.
At this meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Yuttana Pimonshiriphong, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University and President of AIAC, graciously welcomed the participants before proceeding to discuss key issues regarding the direction of the association and enhancing collaboration among member university networks.
The meeting was attended by deans and department heads in the fields of agro-industry, food technology, food science, and food engineering from over 25 institutions. The main goals were to strengthen collaboration with the private sector, enhance the competencies of new graduates, and promote key activities such as:
🔹 FIAC 2025 – The International Conference on Agro-Industry and Food Technology
🔹 FIAC 2027 – Scheduled for June 2027 at the Biotech Complex, Bang Na, co-hosted by Khon Kaen University, Thammasat University, and Thaksin University, together with the Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT)
Additionally, there will be academic quiz activities and the Future Food Innovation Competition, providing opportunities for students to showcase their knowledge and innovations to the private sector, as well as serving as a platform for academic and international innovation exchanges with researchers and global experts.
