คณะผู้บริหารคณะเทคโนโลยี มข. ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะกรรมการสภาพนักงาน มข. (The executive team of the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, welcomed the Khon Kaen University Staff Council committee)

เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 10 มีนาคม พ.ศ.2568 โดย ผศ.ดร.อารยา เชาว์เรืองฤทธิ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยี มข. พร้อมด้วย ผศ.เกียรติศักดิ์ ศรภิรมย์ หัวหน้าสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีธรณี คุณศรีสวรรค์ ใจลึก หัวหน้าบริหารงานทั่วไป คุณนฤมล พิมพ์พงษ์ต้อน นักจัดการงานทั่วไป ชำนาญการ ได้ต้อนรับคณะกรรมการสภาพนักงาน มข. นำโดย อาจารย์ศุภณัฏฐ์ สิริไอศูรย์ เศรษฐพงษ์กร ประธานสภาพนักงาน เพื่อแนะนำตัวและร่วมหารือแนวทางการทำงานร่วมกันในประเด็นสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบุคลากร มข.

โดยมีคณะกรรมการสภาพนักงานเข้าร่วมการหารือ ดังนี้
1) ผศ.ดร.นยทัต ตันมิตร รองประธานสภาพนักงาน คนที่ 2
2) นางจุฬารักษ์ ขันทะชา ประธานยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาการ
3) นายเอกชัย คนคิด ประธานยุทธศาสตร์ด้านสื่อสารองค์กร
4) นายอ่อนศรี แก้วศิริ คณะกรรมการสภาพนักงาน
5) นางสมถวิล สว่างวงศ์ ผู้ช่วยเลขานุการสภาพนักงาน
6) นางสาวศิริอร อนุศรี เจ้าหน้าที่สภาพนักงาน มข

โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญที่หารือในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่:

1. การพัฒนาสวัสดิการและพิทักษ์สิทธิ์บุคลากร
– ผลักดันโครงการ ประกันสุขภาพกลุ่ม เพื่อดูแลสุขภาพและเสริมสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี
– ศึกษาแนวทางการ สมทบกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เพื่อส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางการเงินในอนาคต

2. การสร้างกลไกการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกมิติ
– จัดเวทีเสวนาอย่างไม่เป็นทางการ เปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรแสดงความคิดเห็น
– การรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อสะท้อนความต้องการที่แท้จริงของบุคลากร

3. หาแนวทางการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้น
– สนับสนุนให้กระบวนการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และลดระยะเวลาการพิจารณา โดยยังคงมาตรฐานที่เหมาะสม

4. การยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติบุคลากรในทุกมิติ
– ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการยกย่องบุคลากรด้าน การเรียนการสอน การวิจัย การบริการวิชาการ และการบริหารจัดการองค์กร เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจและขับเคลื่อนองค์กรไปสู่ความเป็นเลิศ

5. พัฒนาช่องทางการสื่อสารให้ทันสมัยและเข้าถึงง่าย
– ปรับปรุง ระบบสื่อสารให้เปิดกว้าง ทันสมัย และโปร่งใส เพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารและการดำเนินงานของสภาพนักงานได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น
– ส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทและภารกิจของสภาพนักงาน รวมถึงทิศทางการพัฒนาของมหาวิทยาลัย

การหารือครั้งนี้เป็นก้าวสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจของสภาพนักงาน มข. ในการส่งเสริมสวัสดิการ สร้างกลไกการมีส่วนร่วม และพัฒนาระบบการสื่อสาร เพื่อให้บุคลากรทุกระดับมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น และมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยต่อไป สภาพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นจะนำข้อเสนอและความคิดเห็นจากการประชุมครั้งนี้ไปพัฒนาเป็นแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดผลเป็นรูปธรรมต่อไป หลังจากนั้นผศ.ดร.อารยา เชาว์เรืองฤทธิ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยี มข. พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารคณะเทคโนโลยี มข. ได้มอบดอกไม้ชื่นชมยินดีเพื่อขวัญและกำลังใจให้กับคณะกรรมการสภาพนักงาน มข. ชุดใหม่ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่

On Monday, March 10, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Araya Chaoruangrit, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University (KKU), together with Associate Professor Kiattisak Sorphrom, Head of the Department of Geotechnology, Ms. Srisawan Jailuek, Chief of General Administration, and Mrs. Narumon Pimphongton, Senior General Administration Officer, welcomed the KKU Staff Council Committee, led by Lecturer Suphanat Siri-aisoon Setthaphongkorn, President of the Staff Council, for self-introduction and joint discussion on approaches to collaboration on key personnel-related matters.

The Staff Council Committee members who participated in the discussion were:

1. Associate Professor Dr. Nayatat Tanmit, Second Deputy President of the Staff Council
2. Mrs. Chularak Khantacha, Chair of Strategy for Academic Advancement Promotion
3. Mr. Ekachai Khonkid, Chair of Corporate Communications Strategy
4. Mr. Onsri Kaewsiri, Staff Council Committee Member
5. Mrs. Somthawin Sawangwong, Assistant Secretary of the Staff Council
6. Miss Siri-on Anusri, KKU Staff Council Officer

The key topics discussed in this meeting were as follows:

1. Development of welfare and protection of personnel rights

• Promotion of a group health insurance project to improve health care and enhance quality of life
• Studying effective approaches to provident fund contributions to promote long-term financial security

2. Creating mechanisms for multi-dimensional staff participation

• Organizing informal forums to give personnel opportunities to share their opinions
• Systematic collection of feedback to truly reflect personnel needs

3. Seeking approaches for promotion to higher positions

• Supporting an efficient process for position promotion and reducing review time while maintaining appropriate standards

4. Honoring staff in all dimensions

• Promoting and supporting staff recognition in teaching, research, academic service, and organizational management to motivate and drive the organization towards excellence

5. Developing modern and accessible communication channels

• Improving communication systems to be open, modern, and transparent so that staff can easily follow news and operations of the Staff Council
• Promoting understanding of the Staff Council’s roles and missions as well as the university’s development directions

This discussion marks an important step in driving the mission of the KKU Staff Council to promote staff welfare, create participatory mechanisms, and develop communication systems so that all levels of personnel can have a better quality of life and play important roles in the ongoing development of the university. The Khon Kaen University Staff Council will take the suggestions and opinions from this meeting forward into an action plan to deliver tangible results. Afterwards, Associate Professor Dr. Araya Chaoruangrit, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, together with the faculty’s executive team, presented flowers as a gesture of appreciation and encouragement to the new Staff Council Committee in performing their duties.
