Monday, March 3, 2025 Assistant Professor Dr. Araya Chaoruangrit, Dean of the Faculty of Technology at Khon Kaen University, and Dr. Athiphong Amatayasombat, Professor in the Department of Production Systems and Industrial Management, participated in the Global Funding Initiative: A Sustainable Future Through Global Research Grants.
In this event, they were honored by Associate Professor Dr. Chanchai Pantongviriyakul, Acting Director of Khon Kaen University, who served as the chairperson for the Global Funding Initiative: A Sustainable Future Through Global Research Grants. The event unveiled a world of opportunities to explore global research funding sources, build international research funding networks, and featured special lectures from leading researchers who have received prestigious international Big Grants. These lectures aimed to spark ideas and inspire impactful research.
The initiative also covered techniques for securing multi-million-baht research grants from global funding sources. Frontline researchers from Khon Kaen University shared their secrets and experiences in obtaining international research grants. Additionally, participants engaged in discussions and exchanged opinions with experts and fellow researchers to create exclusive research funding networks and develop innovative approaches for designing outstanding research projects that address global needs.
This initiative aligns with the mission of the Faculty of Technology at Khon Kaen University to build national and international research networks, develop young researchers, and cultivate high-potential research teams.
