February 13-15, 2026 Assistant Professor Dr. Araya Chaoruangrit,, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Khohn Kaen University, together with the faculty executives, academic staff, and students, organized the International Food Festival 2026 by TEKKU. The event was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul,, President of Khon Kaen University, as the ceremony’s president. Professor Dr. Alissara Reungsang, Associate Dean for Research, Innovation and International Affairs, delivered the activity report. The opening ceremony was also attended by university executives, deans, faculty members, personnel, students of Khon Kaen University, and representatives from various organizations, both government and private sectors.
This year’s festival was grander than ever before, ignited by the concept “Old Meets New – Heritage Reimagined: Your Love, Your Roots, Your Innovation” – experiencing the charm of cultural roots merged with creativity to create the flavors of the future, based on stories and precious culinary heritage.
