Goals

The core strategic goals of the Faculty of Technology include

  • By 2030, an average of no fewer than 5 research projects per year will be practically applied in the industrial, community, or social sectors.
  • At least 2 research projects per year will demonstrate measurable positive impacts on the economy, society, or environment of the Northeastern region.
  • By 2035, innovations derived from research will reach international recognition, ranking among the top 50 in Asia.

Mission

The core missions of the Faculty of Technology consist of four primary pillars as follows

  1. To produce and develop globally competent human resources Cultivate high-quality technologists who meet international standards, while promoting lifelong learning in the fields of sustainable resource management and agro-industrial technology.
  2. To conduct internationally recognized research and innovation Generate high-quality, integrative research at the international level, leading to innovations that can be practically applied.
  3. To provide academic services and promote commercial utilization Offer academic services to communities and industries, and drive innovations toward practical and commercial applications.
  4. To enhance local resource management and agro-industrial development through interdisciplinary approaches in a global context Advance and promote sustainable local resource and agro-industrial management using interdisciplinary methods aligned with international standards.

Strategic Direction

The Faculty of Technology aims to become the regional hub for technological innovation by implementing a seamless integration of education, research, and academic services. By 2027, the Faculty plans to increase the number of research outputs applied in real-world settings to at least five per year, with measurable impacts on the regional economy and society
