On Friday, May 16, 2025, staff from the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, participated in a workshop titled “Techniques for Writing Analytical Work from Routine Tasks.” The event was organized by the Division of Human Resources, Khon Kaen University, and was held at Room 2101, 1st Floor, Institute for Research and Development in Teacher Profession for ASEAN, Khon Kaen University. This workshop was part of the “40th Anniversary Personnel Development Fund Project for the Enhancement of Support Staff,” aiming to develop knowledge, understanding, and analytical thinking skills among support personnel, and to promote the creation of high-quality academic work based on real working experiences.
The workshop was honored to have Dr. Jarongsak Phumnuan, a specialist scientist from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, as the guest speaker. The program included lectures, hands-on activities, and knowledge exchange sessions covering key topics such as developing analytical questions from routine tasks, formats for analytical reports derived from daily work, and academic writing that adheres to ethical standards.
This workshop represents another significant step in fostering and enhancing the potential of support staff at Khon Kaen University. It aims not only to enable the production of high-quality academic work but also to serve as a driving force for sustainable organizational development.
