History

The Faculty of Technology Khon Kaen University was established in the year 1984 with the mission to create quality graduates on undergraduate and graduate education level. In addition to managing quality education, the Faculty of Technology also does research and offers academic services in the field of appropriate use of natural resources to maximize benefit for development of society and the nation. The faculty is dedicated to becoming a leading institution in Asia in the area of producing scientists and technologists who generate work through integrating scientific knowledge from various disciplines to solve problems in multidisciplinary manner and thereby meet the needs of a fast changing society.

 

 

Resolution

The Faculty of technology aims to produce quality graduates, conduct research, and provide academic services especially appropriate utilization of natural biological and physical resources with its maximum benefits for the development of the society and country. The faculty of technology aspires to produce graduates that have discipline, moral, ethics, appropriate professional knowledge, responsibility towards committed obligations, readiness to learn new things, ability to work well with others, and is a good citizen of the country.

1.Produce highly-qualified and outstanding graduates who will be recognized for their knowledge, academic proficiency, leadership, creativity as well as moral and ethical judgment.

2.Achieve research products in order to create new knowledge or solve multi-disciplinary problems which support the development of the country and are internationally recognized for        excellence in research.

3.Provide academic services and transfer of knowledge and intellectual products to the community in order to enhance the potential and capability of self-development and self-reliance        with sustainability.

4.Cultivate Thai arts and culture which are linked to local way of life or local wisdom.

5.Manage and administer the organization according to good governance principles and good governmental of enterprises and provinces.
