Jiraphan Prokhunthot, President of the Geotechnology Student Association<\/strong>, welcomed guests from the <strong>Teacher Leaders Programme 2 (TLP2), Ministry of Education, Singapore.<\/strong> The purpose of the visit was to exchange knowledge on approaches to developing 21st Century Competencies (21CC) through the EGGS Identity framework at the higher education level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Associate Professor Dr. Vimoltip Singtuen, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Digital and Student Affairs<\/strong>, welcomed the guests and presented the EGGS Identity, a new approach to 21st Century Competencies that serves as the cornerstone for student development at Khon Kaen University in 2026. The framework consists of:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>E<\/strong> \u2013 Entrepreneurial<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>G<\/strong> \u2013 Global-minded<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>G<\/strong> \u2013 Growth-oriented<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>S<\/strong> \u2013 Sustainable-focused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Three students from the Faculty of Technology\u2014<strong>Miss Nareeya Kanisan, Miss Kanyanut Tiamklang, and Mister. We focus on enabling students to learn through processes that go beyond academic knowledge. Students should learn various things through skill development processes, recognizing values, and having a mindset to thrive in a rapidly changing global environment through real-world
