On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, organized the activity “Let\u2019s Think, Let\u2019s Talk: Support Staff Edition #4” under the topic “Intensive Preparation for the Digital Intelligence Quotient (DQ) Assessment” at Seminar Room 2, Faculty of Technology. The event was attended by support staff members.<\/p>\n

The event was honored by the presence of: \ud83d\udd38 Associate Professor Dr. Jantima Phungamngern, Assistant Dean for Strategy and Quality Assurance
\n\ud83d\udd38 Mr. Somkid Poltue, Director of the Administrative Division, Faculty of Technology<\/p>\n

Both delivered opening remarks and warmly welcomed the speakers as well as all participants.<\/p>\n

The objective of the event was to prepare staff ahead of the digital intelligence competency assessment. The content covered all 11 essential modules, along with practical tips and preparation guidelines that are easy to understand and apply.<\/p>\n

\u2728 The session was honored by expert speakers from the Center for Innovative Learning, namely:<\/p>\n

The activity included an introduction to the testing system, preparation strategies, intensive tutorials, and opportunities for participants to closely ask questions and clarify doubts. The atmosphere was filled with eagerness to learn and excellent cooperation from all involved.<\/p>\n

This activity represents another important step in supporting the development of digital skills among support staff, aiming to become “Smart Staff” who are ready to confidently embrace changes in the digital era.<\/p>\n
